A group of plants in the Lamiaceae family that have been used in traditional medicine for many years. People in various regions, especially in Central Asia, have used these plants to treat coughs, ulcers, and stomach ailments. Over time, scientists became interested in learning more about these plants and began to study them. They discovered that Phlomoides species contain natural substances that help reduce inflammation, fight bacteria, and support overall health. Today, researchers continue to study the beneficial properties of these plants and how they can be used in modern medicine.
