This thesis investigates the structure and functional properties of proteins using in silico (computer modeling) methods. The primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary structures of protein molecules were analyzed using bioinformatic tools. The relationship between the physicochemical properties of proteins and their biological functions, as well as structural changes in conditions such as pregnancy, cancer, and viral infections, were studied. International databases such as the Protein Data Bank (PDB) and UniProt were used
