Abstract

RasMol is a program used to visualize the spatial (three-dimensional) structure of protein molecules. RasMol allows for in-depth analysis of the structure of proteins, nucleic acids, and other biological macromolecules. The program represents three-dimensional models of molecules based on files in the Protein Data Bank (PDB) format.
