Abstract

Annotation: I-TASSER is a software designed for modeling protein structures, which helps determine the three-dimensional (3D) structure of a protein based on various algorithms. I-TASSER - Iterative Threading ASSEmbly Refinement software predicts the structure of a protein using the threading method based on pre-existing structural templates.
