Abstract

This work studies the role of amino acid sequences in the formation of the spatial structure of proteins. The formation of spatial structure levels - primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary structures - and the relationships between them are scientifically explained. Modern protein modeling technologies and their practical significance are also analyzed.
