The natural background of ionizing radiation is radiation that is constantly present in the environment, which is formed under the influence of cosmic radiation, radioactive elements in the earth's crust and natural isotopes in the human body. Its level varies depending on the region, geological conditions and atmospheric factors. Generally, the natural background is considered safe for human health, but in some areas it can be high, so it is important to constantly monitor it.
