CHEMICAL PROPERTIES, BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY AND MULTIFUNCTIONS OF TERPENES
Keywords:
Terpenes, monoterpenes, litokinetic effect, isoprene, menthol, pinene.Abstract
This thesis analyzes the role of terpenes, which are a group of biologically active natural substances widely distributed in the plant world, in plant physiology, their ecological function, and their importance in human health. It also covers the chemical structure, synthesis mechanisms, and application of these compounds in medicine, especially in urology. The work, based on the results of modern research, proves the lithokinetic and anti-inflammatory effects of terpenes, and indicates promising directions for future practical research.
