RESISTANCE OF PLANTS TO FUNGAL DISEASES
Keywords:
Fungi, pathogens, immunity, resistance, gammosis, chlorosis, infectious and non-infectious diseases.Abstract
This article discusses plant diseases, their causes, stages of development, and ways to combat them. Plant diseases are divided into infectious and non-infectious types. Non-infectious diseases are mainly caused by abiotic factors, that is, negative environmental influences, while infectious diseases occur under the influence of viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites. In addition, the types of plant resistance to diseases - absolute, relative, physiological, chemical, and anatomical-morphological resistance - are analyzed.
