STUDYING THE EFFECT OF RADIATION AND HYPOKINESIA ON THE AMYLOLITIC ACTIVITY OF MUSHROOMS

The article is aimed at experimentally studying the effect of radiation and hypokinesia factors on the activity of amylolytic enzymes in the body of rats. The study analyzes changes in the activity of enzymes involved in the metabolic processes of the body, in particular, in carbohydrate metabolism. The results obtained serve as a scientific basis for assessing the functional state of the digestive system in conditions of hypokinesia and radiation.
