This study aims to investigate the effects of polyphenols on physiological and biochemical changes in rats with L-arginine-induced acute pancreatitis. For this purpose, experimental animals will be divided into three groups, and the course of the disease and the potential therapeutic effects of polyphenols will be evaluated in each group.
