This thesis provides a brief overview of the influence of external factors on the water absorption of the root system. In particular, it studies how factors such as soil moisture, temperature, soil composition, light intensity, and relative humidity in the atmosphere affect root activity. Based on experimental and theoretical data, changes in the level of water absorption are analyzed and the mechanisms of ecological adaptation of plants are highlighted. The results of this study are of practical importance in developing ways to increase the productivity of agricultural crops and effectively use water resources.
