SOME SIDERATE PLANTS AND THEIR IMPORTANCE

Abstract

This article provides information on the importance of siderat plants and their contribution to soil fertility, their impact on the structure and properties of the soil, and the benefits of planting siderat plants throughout the year. Continuous planting of fodder and grain crops in arable fields throughout the year has a negative impact on the soil - the reserves of useful minerals are depleted and the fertility of the soil is lost. Planting siderats is an enrichment of the soil with microelements, as a result of which certain types of plants are described in detail, which help to ensure natural high fertility of the soil, protect the shoots of the main crops from pests, as well as loosen the soil, protect it from harmful microorganisms and cleanse it.
