This article covers the anatomical and physiological foundations of the structure of the vocal apparatus in children. The relevance of the topic requires modern approaches to the prevention, diagnosis and correction of speech and voice disorders in children. The age-related stages of development of the vocal apparatus, their structural and functional changes are analyzed step by step. The results of the study are of significant practical importance for specialists in speech therapy, pediatrics and other fields.
