Abstract

This article is dedicated to the study of the magnetic field of a real inductor in 6- ton induction furnaces during the smelting of 20GL grade steel at the enterprise DP “LMZ” in Tashkent. The research focuses on analyzing the magnetic field and the fill factor of the inductor with the aim of extending the service life of the furnace lining and increasing the number of smelting cycles. These improvements are expected to ensure more stable furnace operation and enhance the overall metal output of the furnace.
