AUTOMATION OF PARAMETERS OF FLUID LAYER DRYERS

This article discusses the issues of automating the technological processes of fluidized bed dryers (FBD). The accuracy of parameters is of great importance to ensure the stability of the drying process, increase energy efficiency and improve product quality. The study analyzes modern methods for real-time control of the main parameters of the FBD (air velocity, temperature, pressure and humidity), including automation approaches using sensors and control systems. The possibilities of increasing production efficiency, reducing the impact of the human factor and digitizing the process through automation are shown.
