PROBLEMS ARISING IN TEACHING GENERAL PHYSICS COURSE TO STUDENTS OF TECHNICAL HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

This article analyzes the current problems encountered in the process of teaching a general physics course in higher education institutions of a technical nature. In particular, issues such as the insufficient use of modern technologies, outdated laboratory equipment, low student interest, methodological potential of teachers, and the inadequacy of educational literature are considered. The roots of the problem are examined, and advanced foreign experience and innovative proposals suitable for local conditions are given to eliminate them.
