Abstract

This article analyzes the need for the use of nuclear power plants (NPPs) in the Republic of Uzbekistan, their socio-economic and environmental benefits, safety measures, and future development directions. The role of NPPs in ensuring energy security, combating climate change, and supporting sustainable industrial development is discussed.
