Abstract

This article discusses the importance of collaborative professional development of students and its role in the educational process. The article examines how teamwork and cooperation can be implemented in the educational process to improve students' professional skills. It also considers the importance of ensuring successful professional development for students through modern educational methods, such as group work, problem solving, and critical thinking. Through collaborative approaches, students have the opportunity to share experiences and strengthen their skills. This article discusses the advantages of an integrated model of education and professional development.
