GENERAL SOLUTION METHODS OF ALGEBRAIC EQUATIONS AND THEIR PRACTICAL APPLICATION

This article examines the effectiveness of using game exercises in developing agility and speed in young children. The study was conducted in preschool educational organizations (PEO) of Uzbekistan with the participation of 4-6-year-old children. A game exercise program was developed for the experimental group and compared with traditional physical education classes. The results showed that game exercises significantly improve agility, speed, and motor skills. The study emphasizes the need for wider use of game exercises in PEOs and the need to improve the skills of educators
