Abstract

In recent years, improving the quality of higher education based on modern requirements, including
special attention was paid to the formation and development of the master's degree system. Education
as a result of extensive reforms in the field, including the master's degree
legal-regulatory, scientific-methodical and material-technical support was strengthened,
State educational standards of master's specialties have been developed for the educational process
modern pedagogical and information technologies were implemented. In addition,
the need to further accelerate the activities of the master's degree based on a competent approach
is visible.
