Abstract

The widespread use of smartphones among children has made studying their impact on eye health a pressing issue. This article analyzes the problems of eye damage in children caused by prolonged use of smartphones, in particular, myopia, dry eyes, and digital eye strain. Based on a literature review, epidemiological data, and existing studies, the effects of blue light from smartphone screens, frequency of use, and eye health are studied. The study aims to develop recommendations for preventing this problem and provides practical guidelines for parents, teachers, and health professionals
