Abstract

This article presents SEM analysis of bentonite mineral from the Vaush mine in Navbahor district and analysis of the appearance of montmorillonite substance in its content. For the experiment, 50 g of bentonite mineral was taken, 5 l of distilled water and 50 g of ethylene glycol were added to it, and the mixture was stirred for 2 hours. The results obtained showed that the amount of substances such as Al, Ca, Na, K, Mg, Fe, Fe, Ti, P, Cu, Zn found in the bentonite mineral increased slightly, which indicates that more montmorillonite was formed
