THE ISSUE OF SOCIAL JUSTICE IN THE SOCIAL LIFE OF THE BABURI STATE

The Babur state is of particular importance in history not only as a large political structure, but also as the owner of a spiritual and educational heritage that played an important role in the development of Eastern civilization.
This article comprehensively analyzes the issues of social justice in the social life of the Babur state. In particular, the application of the principles of justice in state administration, the priority of equality and honesty in relations between the ruler and the people, and political and philosophical views on establishing fair relations between social classes are considered.
Also, based on historical sources, the role of justice in state stability, social solidarity and development is analyzed.
The article highlights the importance of the concept of justice not only in legal and political, but also in spiritual and educational life.
The results of the study show that, based on the experience of the Babur era, it is possible to draw relevant conclusions in establishing social justice today
