A NEW INTERPRETATION OF THE CONCEPT OF SOCIAL JUSTICE AND LEADERSHIP IN THE REPRESENTATION OF WOMEN LEADERS (IN THE EXAMPLE OF THE BABURI STATE)

Abstract

This thesis analyzes the socio-philosophical essence of the phenomenon of female leaders in the context of New Uzbekistan. The role of female leaders in establishing social justice, their leadership potential and their role in shaping values ​​in society are highlighted from a philosophical point of view. At the same time, historical experience is analyzed using the example of female leaders such as Gulbadanbegim and Nurjahonbegim, who worked during the Babur dynasty, and their inextricable connection with today's modern leadership concept is shown. The thesis deeply analyzes how principles such as social stability, humanity and justice are established in society through the personification of female leaders.
