The article analyzes the formation of the new press in Turkestan at the beginning of the 20th century and the role of the newspaper "Sadoyi Turkiston" in this process. It highlights the role of the newspaper, published under the leadership of Ubaydullakhodja Asadullakhodjayev, in socio-political, educational and cultural life. The goals and objectives of the newspaper, its financial conditions, and the activities of the intellectuals gathered around it are examined based on an analytical approach. The study reveals the role of "Sadoyi Turkiston" in the history of the Turkestan press and its contribution to promoting the ideas of national revival
