Abstract

This article discusses the description of the application of the concept of phenomenon in scientific and philosophical fields, its lexical meaning, its manifestation in various fields of science, the factors for evaluating a person as a "phenomenal person", and the phenomenal personality of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur.
