Abstract

Human rights and social justice are central issues in today's global society. Human rights are the guarantees of the person, freedom, equality and dignity of every human being. Social justice, on the other hand, refers to the fair distribution of opportunities, resources and services among all individuals, groups and citizens in society. Therefore, ensuring human rights and social justice through international legal mechanisms is an important task.
