Abstract

This article discusses the rights to education enshrined in the Constitution, the main document of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the rights and duties of students, modern methods and techniques of education, the main functions of the constitution, political function, legal function, educational and ideological function, constitutional reforms, legal guarantees in the field of education, and the further strengthening of the status of our state as a "democratic state" in this constitution.
