Abstract

This article examines the role of gastronomy as a tool of soft power in international relations. The author analyzes the importance of culinary traditions in shaping a positive national image, developing cultural dialogue, and strengthening diplomatic ties between countries. Particular attention is paid to modern examples of gastronomic diplomacy, which demonstrate how states promote their national interests, values, and ideology through food culture.
