FOLK CRAFTS: PRESERVATION OF NATIONAL CULTURAL HERITAGE, INTEGRATION WITH MODERN DESIGN TECHNOLOGIES, AND IMPACT ON SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

This article analyzes the role of folk crafts in preserving national cultural heritage, its integration with modern design technologies, and its contribution to the creative economy. The research used ethnographic observation, comparative analysis, semi-structured interviews, and economic analysis methods. The results show that crafts are emerging as a sector with not only cultural value, but also high economic potential in the context of digital transformation. As a conclusion, proposals were developed to integrate crafts with technologies, increase youth employment, and ensure the sustainability of national heritage. [1]
