FAMILY AS A CONSTITUTIONAL VALUE

This article analyzes the role and significance of the family institution as a constitutional value. It highlights the functions of the family in the development of society, its role in ensuring human rights and freedoms, as well as the content of the norms related to the family in the Constitution. The state's guarantees for supporting the family, the legal protection of family values, and their compatibility with national traditions and customs are considered from a scientific point of view. The article also draws conclusions on the sustainable development of the family and its impact on social stability.
