RECOVERY OF THE ORGANISM AFTER RADIATION
Keywords:

This thesis is devoted to the biological effects of ionizing radiation on a living organism and the recovery processes that occur in the body after radiation. The work extensively analyzes the molecular and structural damage that occurs in cells under the influence of radiation, in particular, the disruption of DNA chains, increased oxidative stress, and disruption of metabolic processes. The body's protective mechanisms - DNA repair systems, the ability of cells to regenerate, activation of the immune system, and the role of antioxidant enzymes - are also described in detail. The thesis shows the biological and medical significance of recovery processes after radiation, and justifies their role in the prevention and treatment of radiation damage.
