Abstract

Ushbu tezisda hujayra membranalari orqali moddalar transportining kinetik asoslari, uning tarixiy rivojlanishi hamda zamonaviy tushunchalari yoritib berilgan. Transport reaktsiyalarining bog‘lanish mexanizmlari, ya’ni simport, antiport va ion gradientlari energiyasidan foydalanish tamoyillari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, membrana orqali energiyaning aylanishi (transduktsiyasi) va bu jarayonning bioenergetik ahamiyati ilmiy manbalar asosida bayon etiladi.
