FEMALE LEADERSHIP MODEL FROM A PHILOSOPHICAL POINT OF VIEW: NATIONAL AND GLOBAL TRENDS

This article explores the role and significance of women's leadership in the development of New Uzbekistan. It analyzes the state's policies, legal framework, and reforms aimed at encouraging women's active participation in all spheres of society, and developing their political, social, and economic leadership potential. The impact of modernization and contemporary processes on women's roles, particularly through the implementation of gender equality principles, is discussed. The article also references international experiences and advanced leadership models.
