YOUTH MOBILITY IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBALISATION: SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL TRANSFORMATION AND UZBEKISTAN'S STRATEGY

This article analyzes the social and philosophical aspects of youth mobility (internal and international migration, labor, education, and cultural exchange) in the context of globalization. It provides statistical evidence of Uzbekistan's socio-political reforms in recent years and the demographic and migration trends that have emerged as a result. Conclusions and practical recommendations are formulated for updating youth policy and positively adapting to global trends.
