Abstract

A thorough study of the physiological properties of hemoglobin and understanding its pH-dependent changes is an important theoretical basis for determining pharmaceutical strategies. Hemoglobin is the main protein in red blood cells (erythrocytes) and performs the function of oxygen transport.
This article presents information on the study of the pH-dependent properties of hemoglobin.
