Abstract

This article analyzes the importance of trademarks in the activities of business entities, their economic and legal essence, as well as the role of the brand in ensuring competitiveness in modern market conditions. The role of trademarks in commercialization, attracting investment, and building consumer confidence is described on a modern and scientific basis.
