MODELING SOLAR ELEMENTS USING COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS

This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the capabilities of Comsol Multiphysics software in simulating solar cells. The theoretical and practical foundations of modern photovoltaic technologies, their historical development stages, and research conducted in Uzbekistan and other regions are thoroughly examined. Challenges and solutions in the modeling process, distinctive advantages of the Comsol software, and advanced scientific approaches are discussed in detail, grounded in empirical and theoretical results.
