METHODS OF STUDYING HYDEREBRATE DISEASES RESULTING FROM DISORDERS OF THE STRUCTURE OF HUMAN CHROMOSOMES

Abstract

        currently, hereditary diseases associated with structural disorders of human chromasomes are one of the pressing problems of medical genetics. This article analyzes the importance of the cytogenetic method in determining hereditary diseases caused by disorders in the structure of chromasomes. In the research process, techniques were used to paint chromasomes at the metaphase stage, perform microscopic analysis, and construct idiograms. The results obtained showed that the cytogenetic method has high accuracy and reliability in detecting chromasoma structural anomalies. This method has important practical implications for early diagnosis of hereditary diseases, perenatal dioginostics, and its widespread use in medico-genetic counseling. This article describes methods for studying hereditary diseases caused by a violation of the structure of chromosomes in a person.
