INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY – A GUARANTEE OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT AND BUSINESS SUCCESS

This article analyzes the role of intellectual property in innovative development and business success. It highlights the economic and legal significance of industrial property objects, including inventions, utility models, industrial designs, and trademarks. The advantages of state registration of patents and brands, in particular, ensuring exclusive rights, protection from competition, increasing investment attractiveness, and creating an additional source of income, are scientifically explained. The need for timely legal protection of intellectual property objects and its strategic importance in the development of the national economy are also revealed. The author substantiates that intellectual property protection is an important factor in the innovative economy and shows the practical importance of official registration of new technical solutions and brands.
