This section examines the historical development of screenwriting art in world and Uzbek cinematography and the influence of national traditions. It analyzes the evolution of screenwriting from the Soviet period to the independence era, as well as the visual and linguocultural expression of national codes (fields, plane trees, mahalla, atlas, historical figures, etc.) in the age of digital cinema. Digital technologies (CGI, VFX, virtual production, streaming platforms) enrich national codes while simultaneously creating challenges in preserving their authentic meaning. The aim is to demonstrate ways of preserving and developing national traditions in modern screenwriting.
