The article analyzes the transformation of family relations, remote communication between spouses, redistribution of family responsibilities, child rearing, women's care burden, and social factors affecting marital stability in the context of labor migration from a sociological perspective. Labor migration is an important resource for financing the family budget, housing construction, debt repayment, education, and healthcare costs, but also tests the daily cohesion, emotional closeness, and educational control of family members. The article systematizes the positive and negative mechanisms of migration based on international organizations and official data on Uzbekistan, and develops institutional and preventive proposals aimed at maintaining marital stability.
