Abstract

In this article, the chemical composition and medicinal properties of Salix nigra leaves were studied. The content of water-soluble vitamins in Salix nigra leaves was evaluated by the YuSSX method. In addition, the content of phenolic compounds in willow leaves was evaluated by the YuSSX method. During the study, aqueous and 70% alcohol extraction methods were used to isolate biologically active substances from the leaves, and their content was evaluated using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods (titrimetric and spectrophotometric).
