OIL CROPS CULTIVATED IN UZBEKISTAN

This work covers the main types of oilseed crops grown in Uzbekistan, their agrobiological characteristics and economic significance. Vegetable oils contained in cotton, sunflower, soybean, peanut, flax and other oilseed crops grown in our country are important raw materials for the food industry, pharmaceutical, chemical industry and animal husbandry. The role of these crops in ensuring environmental sustainability and increasing soil fertility is also shown. The results of the study will serve to expand the cultivation of oilseed crops in Uzbekistan's agriculture and increase their export potential.
