Abstract

This article explores the role of digital platforms in the field of self-education and their influence on the development of an individual’s worldview. Various types of digital educational resources were considered, such as online courses, webinars, e-books and distance learning platforms. The benefits of this approach are discussed, including access to education anytime and anywhere, a wide choice of subjects and courses, and the ability to individualize learning to suit the needs of each student. The role of digital platforms in stimulating self-organization and self-motivation of students is also emphasized. Finally, challenges faced by digital educational platforms such as content quality, information verification, and accessibility issues for all segments of society are discussed. This article offers an overview of current trends in the field of self-education through digital platforms and highlights their significance for the development of an individual's worldview in the modern world.
