Abstract

Critical thinking is a critical skill for leaders of educational institutions because they must solve complex problems and make decisions that affect the future of their organizations. This article examines the importance of critical thinking in educational leadership, the factors that contribute to its development, and strategies that can be used to enhance this skill among leaders.
