Abstract

Educational institutions play a decisive role in shaping the future of society by imparting knowledge and forming critical thinking skills in students. Effective management of these institutions is essential to ensure their success and sustainability. In this article, we will study the strategy of developing the management of educational institutions based on the ideas of Eastern thinkers. Based on Eastern philosophy and leadership principles, we can gain perspectives on improving the effectiveness of educational institutions management.
