The article examines the role of social pedagogy in the personal development of students. The authors analyze the theoretical foundations of social pedagogy and its importance for personal development. Attention is focused on successful practices and programs, psychological trainings, personal growth projects and socio-psychological games aimed at developing self-knowledge. The paper emphasizes the importance of integrating these practices into the educational process to create a supportive and harmonious learning environment.
