O‘simlik ildiz mikrobiotasi turli mikroorganizmlar, shu jumladan, nematofag
zamburug‘lar bilan boyitilgan bo‘lib, ular nematodalarga qarshi kurashish va o‘simlik o‘sishini
qo‘llab-quvvatlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Nematofag zamburug‘lar ning ildiz mikrobiotasiga
integratsiyalashuvi va o‘zaro aloqasi nematodlar populyatsiyasini kamaytirishda samarali
strategiya hisoblanadi. Ushbu tezis nematofag zamburug‘larning o‘simlik ildiz zonasidagi
kolonizatsiya jarayoni, ularning nematodlarga qarshi kurash mexanizmlari va ekologik barqaror
qishloq xo‘jaligidagi ahamiyatini ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qiladi.
