Abstrak

Endofit zamburuglarning ‘simlik ildiz tizimiga moslanish mexanizmlari va
ularning osimliklarni zararli nematodalarga nisbatan himoya qilishdagi biologik roli yoritilgan.
Endofit zamburug‘lar o‘simlik bilan simbioz aloqada bolib, ildiz toqimalariga kirib, u yerda
yashashga moslashadi. Bu jarayonda ular maxsus fermentlar, ikkilamchi metabolitlar va signal
moddalari orqali ozini osimlik hujayralariga tanitadi va immun javobni bostiradi. Maqolada,
shuningdek, endofit zamburug‘larning nematodalarga qarshi tabiiy antagonist sifatidagi roli,
ularning toksin ishlab chiqarish xususiyatlari va o‘simlik ildiz tizimini himoya qiluvchi fiziologik
o‘zgarishlarga olib kelishi ilmiy asosda tahlil qilinadi.
